Made by the fermentation of dough using naturally occurring lactobacilli and wild yeast. There is a touch sour, but it’s balanced by a nice range of sweet, earthy, and yeasty flavors.

| Nuts: Whole wheat, flour, yeast, sea salt, water, Pistachio, seasame, almond, cashew.
| Fruits: Whole wheat, flour, yeast, sea salt, water, Mango, Raisin, Cranberry.
* Storage: in paper bag and store at room temperature for up to 2 days, well wrapped and frozen for up to 1 months.
* Refresh: toast with some drops of water, 40 seconds per side.
